Shanghai Tianyan Pharmaceutical Machinery Co.,Ltd staff training
Recently,Shanghai Tianyan Pharmaceutical Machinery Co.,Ltd organized a six-day new staff training, to help them quickly integrate into the company and better understand the development of Tianyan's current products.Finally in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and improve thier work efficiency.
First was pre-service training by company manager aiming to make them aware of the background of Tianyan and IMA Group.Then was brief introduction of main products as washing machine,sterilizing tunnel, liquid & powder filling machine and capping machine by experienced engineers in 2 different ways---generally off site and detailly on site.
Through the training, new employees expressed that it was helpful for them to know more about Tianyan and its products, and encouraged them to work harder in the future.
